We went in and repaired the drainage in SE Corner installing a 10 feet wide by 20 feet long retention area. We connected the retention area to a 4 foot wide drain opening in the Miami curb gutter. They got 5 inches of rain on 6/10/2015. A lot of rain in a short period of time. But as the pictures show we have taken care of the drainage problem.
