This year, as an outgrowth of our services, we have decided to add an array of Interior Property Management Services to our offerings as well.
For a reasonable cost we will offer to not only take care of the outside of your home, we will make certain the inside of your home is in good shape while you are away.
Some of the interior property management services offered are:
- Check of the interior:
- Make certain that air conditioner is running.
- Check sinks and toilets for leaks.
- Washer/Dryer hoses properly hooked up.
- Refrigerator is running.
- Check all windows and doors, lights, alarm system etc.
- Exterior Check:
- Are the sprinklers working as scheduled?
- Lawn in good shape? Need Fertilizer?
- Is the water level correct for your pool?
- Check that your Pool is clean and sparkly?
- Need some work done while you are away? We can oversee that for you. Painting, power washing, spiffing up, etc.
- Not sure how late you will be arriving back at your winter home? Call ahead, give us a grocery list, and we can shop for you.* No arriving to an empty, stuffy house, with nothing to eat, or drink in the fridge.
- We will look at your ceilings, if anything looks out of the ordinary leaks, mold etc., we will notify you and with your permission, get things repaired.
- Install or remove your storm shutters. Store them away.

Pet Sitting also available:
If you are planning to take a cruise or do a little sight seeing while you are here, ask us about our pet sitting services. There is no need to board your pet, or bother a neighbor for a favor. We can handle the care and feeding of just about any domestic pet while you are away.
You give us a list and how often you want us to do it and we will take care of it. Prices start as low as $150 per month for those who aren’t using our lawn care services, and $100 per month for our regular customers.
*Shopping and stock your fridge may require an additional charge.
